And Good Morning,
What’s up with “Schitt’s Creek?” We had finished bingeing on “Last Tango in Halifax” and were looking for something to watch. I suggested “Schitt’s Creek” it had won a lot of awards. I admit, I’m not a fan of Eugene Levy, or as it turns out his son Daniel, but we were looking for something funny to watch. In out home tongue. I just think it could be funnier. A funnier script, not just eye movements under funny looking eyebrows. So the now penniless adult son applies for a much needed job, way beneath what he thinks is his station in life, at a grocery store. There is one short scene of him being shown how to pack groceries. His persistent father keeps calling him at the job to ask how it’s going. Which leads the son to be dismissed from the job. It could have been funnier. That’s all I’m saying. Maybe I don’t get it yet.
I think I will still watch it, but I think it may have lost my husband.
Have a good day. Or evening.
